Hello and a very warm welcome to our website, please allow me to briefly introduce myself and perhaps in a few words give you a ‘feeling’ for our lovely Company and the way that we operate.

I have worked for many years in the greeting card industry, notably with Hallmark Cards, Athena and Verkerke, selling, managing and training people.

When we set up LB Warehousing in 1998 as a third party warehouse it was a substantial change in direction but nevertheless much of my previous experience and contacts, many who have become friends, have proved invaluable.

There are many fulfilment warehouses but we decided that LB should be unique, that we would specialise in providing a superior service, exclusively for greeting card Publishers.

Our business can only be as successful as our customers businesses continue to be. Every facet of our daily activity has to focus on OUR team doing for YOUR product exactly what YOU would do for it, or better.

We see ourselves as an integral part of your operation, a natural extension of your team.

It has always been our remit to focus on quality of product, quality of service, speed of order processing and accuracy of fulfilment rather than volume.

Whatever the many challenges that the industry presents to our customers, they expect us to provide answers, and come up with solutions not objections or excuses.
